This  Hi-Lo top is made by Creations and can be called a top 

or a jacket...your choice.  It is very flattering with a collar and a 

3/4 length sleeve.  Almost has a retro look of a swing jacket with

a back pleat.  Looks great with the matching 4 Button pant by 

Creations.
