037- Vecceli Sheer Abstract Print Sheer Top

This shear top is made by Vecceli of Italy.   It is a very soft

mesh and needs a camisole or tank under it. Or maybe not and 

be the talk of the party !!  While it could be matched with a lot of 

color pants in your closet, we paired it with the LuLu B Turquoise
